This project is located on a 800 m2 lot within a compound of several villas adopting the same modern style and materials. This project is characterized by the horizontal lines that reflect the separation of the different levels that this villa has: the ground floor, first floor and penthouse. Different colors and materials were used in this project to give a rich façade: White painting, grey painting, stone cladding, and glass.
