This project is located on a 1000 m2 lot within a compound of several villas adopting the same modern style and materials. This project is characterized by the horizontal lines that reflect the separation of the different levels that this villa has: the ground floor, first floor and penthouse. Different colors and materials were used in this project to give a rich façade: White painting, beige painting, wood, stone cladding, and glass. The yard serves as a resting place for the residents where there is an outdoor sitting and a pool.
