These two villas have the same style, which is the Andalusic style defined by the Andalousic arches in the facades. The white paint is the main material used in these two villas. They both consist of three levels: Ground floor, first floor, and penthouse. They have a common Majles in the middle between them that has the same style as the villas. The main entrances of the two villas are characterized by two big consecutive arches.
