This villa is located in Rawdat Al Hamama on a 1200 m2 plot. The style of this villa is modern Islamic, where the mix of the pointed Islamic arches and the rectilinear openings is visible in the elevation. The main concept of this villa is having three separated divisions: The Majlis, the main house, and the Molhak. These divisions are connected through a spectacular landscape that embraces outdoor facilities. The main house consists of three floors- the ground floor, first floor, and the penthouse. The villa has two entrances: The first one leading to the Majlis, and the other one to the main house. This provides privacy for the villa residents.
